President's Update - February 28th, 2018

Lumsden takes 1-0 lead in semi-final...The Lumsden Monarchs defeated the Raymore Rockets 11-7 on Tuesday evening in Lumsden taking a 1-0 lead in the best of five HHL semi-final. It certainly was not a defensive battle. The first period saw Raymore take a 3-1 lead. In the second period the Rockets had a 5-2 lead before Lumsden stormed back with four goals and had a 6-5 lead going into the third period. In the third period the Monarchs increased their lead to 7-5 before the Rockets scored twice to tie the game.

President's Update - February 20th, 2018

Rockets move on to semi-finals and second round of Provincials....The Raymore Rockets defeated the Southey Marlins 5-3 last Thursday evening in Southey and won their playoff series with the Marlins 2-0. In this game the Marlins got a goal from Riley Mohr just 37 seconds into the game to take the early lead. Cody Mapes would score for the Rockets later in the period and it was 1-1 going into the second period.

President's Update - February 13th, 2018

Rockets Remain Red Hot...The Raymore Rockets won the first game of their best of three series against the Southey Marlins last Wednesday evening in Raymore with an 8-4 victory. The Rockets scored three times in the first period, three times in the second period and twice in the third frame and always were in the lead. Tyler Bell scored twice on the power play and Tyrell Shulko scored twice to lead the way for the Rockets. Tristan Third, Cody Mapes also scored.
